Upon purchase, customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital files for personal, non-commercial use. The digital files may not be resold, altered, or used for any other purpose without the express written permission of Chastain Fine Art.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Chastain Fine Art. If you are not completely happy with your artwork, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Once the artwork is returned in its original condition, we will issue a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping.
